Include the name of Apartment Locating Specialists and your agent on the guest card and lease application.
Fill out and submit the rebate form below.
A renter's rebate of up to $500.00 will be processed and mailed once all requirements are met and after Apartment Locating Specialists has received payment from the property you leased.
The following rebates are available:
- $50 cash rebate for commissions received between $550 and $799.
- $100 cash rebate for commissions received between $800 and $1,000.
- $150 cash rebate for commissions received between $1,001 and $1,500.
- $200 cash rebate for commissions between $1,501 to $2,000.
- $300 cash rebate for commissions $2,001 to $2500.
- $500 cash rebate for commissions over $2,501.
